We suggest that our athelete can better Improve her run times if she needs to stay consistant
in her run. I dealy, we would like her slowest time to be in the very beginning and have her accelerate more and more into
the end. In order to do this, she must build her endurance, so that she may improve her time, and beat her components. Some
ways she can build her endurance are; to run in the morning when the air is cold and brittle, she can also practice more aerobic
workouts for a longer period of time.
